My art and my moods
If there is something that my moods, my feelings and my emotions have a big role in my life it is in the way I create my photography.
That is one of the main reasons for my works to be so varied and over the place. I do get pulled and pushed all over the place when I am creating images.
Lately I have not been in a very bright and positive mindset but that doesn't mean that I can't create, something moods and emotions like this are the ones that help me to create some of my favourite pieces.
For me it is very important that you can feel something when I see a photo. And that's why I don't like to put myself in a box and create only one thing. Because creating art is subjective and in my personal opinion I need to have feelings to be able to create it.
This series of images that I have captured for example were not planned or expected at all. When I went out to explore and try to capture some images I had something completely different in mind but when I got to this place I really was pulled by all this lines and how the light and the dark spaces and the empty spaces really called to me.
I am guessing that is because I am in a place where I am looking for way, or a light in the end of the tunnel, lets say a resolution and what I want to do and where I want to be. But I am kind of lost in the right way to do it have really inspired me to actually capture this images, instead of what else I thought I was going to capture.
Personally I really enjoyed this photography walk even if I came out with this images that might be a little bit more moody.
