RE: Understanding Cost of Capital and WACC - TradFi on HIVE

I find the concept of "weighted average versus simple average" very interesting because, as I understand it, it allows you to see the real value based on production rather than on a factor as variable as a given period of time. As for the cost of capital, I need to learn more about it, although I have a slight idea of what this can tell us through the numbers.

With regard to the application in terms of community work, I think it is a good opportunity to continue educating ourselves and applying what we learn at the same time. From my point of view, the clarity with which you present this information also gives us clarity so that our work is aligned with what you present to us.

Among the points you mention, I am particularly struck by the idea of voting on our own publications, as many see this in a very negative light, while others perceive it as recognition for the work they are publishing. And with regard to the work achieved with AI, I believe that acknowledging its use and expressing this clearly gives us dignity and credibility.

I think this information is worth reading a couple more times in order to digest it and get the most out of it 😎👍
