Something about the purple is really attractive. We don't have purple yams in Cambodia, so if anything here is purple, it's either chemicals or butterfly pea flowers.

        I had to look up butterfly pea flowers... hahah They have quite a lot of health benefits!! Wow! And yeah, purple yam is yummy! <3 The color somehow makes it appetizing. haha
