Wow, so many different things, most I am familiar with, but there are clearly some treats with Spanish influence that we don't have here in Cambodia. I just learned about otap in another entry for this challenge, I would like to try them, but here in Cambodia that means I will have to make them myself or beg a former Filipina co-worker to send me some homemade ones by bus 😁.
