Today I’m sharing a new tutorial, where we’ll be drawing a very cute and very small frog. We’ll be drawing it digitally, but you can also do it in traditional format. I’ll make sure to share the step by step in a simple way, so you can follow it closely without missing anything. This is a tutorial that can be for all drawing levels, but especially if you have children nearby.
Les comparto hoy un nuevo tutorial, donde estaremos dibujando una ranita muy bonita y muy pequeña. La estaremos dibujando en digital, pero puedes hacerlo en tradicional también. Me encargaré de compartir de manera simple el paso a paso, así lo pueden seguir al detalle sin perder nada. Este es un tutorial que puede ser para todos los niveles de dibujo, pero en especial si tienes niños cerca.
First I will share with you the general sheet of the step by step for the sketch. Every drawing has to start with a sketch.
Primero les compartiré la hoja general del paso a paso para el boceto. Todo dibujo tiene que empezar por un boceto.
Step by step:
Paso a paso:
- We start by drawing the shape of our little frog’s body. In my case I will use a square, but it can be a circle, a rectangle, or even a triangle, depending on your taste and imagination.
- Comenzamos dibujando la forma del cuerpo de nuestra ranita. En mi caso usaré un cuadrado, pero puede ser un círculo, un rectángulo, y hasta un triángulo, dependiendo de tu gusto e imaginación.
- We will place the eyes, two circles with dots in the middle, and of large size compared to the body.
- Colocaremos los ojos, dos círculos con puntos al medio y de gran tamaño en comparación al cuerpo.
- A small little smile in the middle of our main figure.
- Una pequeña sonrisita al medio de nuestra figura principal.
- We use the same shape of the smile to make the two front little legs, one on each side.
- Utilizamos la misma forma de la sonrisa para hacerle las patitas delanteras, dos, una a cada lado.
- Two little bows joined on each side will be our back legs, much bigger than the front ones.
- Dos lacitos unidos a cada lado serán nuestras patitas traseras, mucho más grandes que las delanteras.
- Finally we add some details.
- Por último agregamos algunos detalles.
Now we have our sketch, and we need to make our definitive line art. In my case I will be using black as the color.
Ya tenemos nuestro boceto, ahora tenemos que hacer nuestro line art definitivo. En mi caso estaré usando negro como color.
When we have the line art done, we can erase our sketch. If you are working in traditional format, always make the sketch very soft so it is easy to erase.
Cuando tenemos el line art hecho, podemos borrar nuestro boceto. Si estás en tradicional, haz siempre el boceto bien suavecito para que sea fácil de borrar.
Our little frog will be green of course.
Nuestra ranita será de color verde por supuesto.
I will also add lights and shadows, and green spots that cannot be missing.
También le agregaré luces y sombras y lunares verdes que no pueden faltar.
