dcrops has just announced spome exciting new features. I highly recommend that you check out the official post here
There have been lots of updates and upcoming updates. Two things I am personally excited for are Hive rewards and quests. I think both of these features will add to the value/gameplay.
CROP power is how the Hive rewards will be claculated. I am generating CROP tokens every season by playing the game however I did just purchase some ALPHA packs to hold for CROP power. That seemed like the easiest way to generate more CROP power besides buying more CROP tokens. I am not going to go crazy buying up a bunch of packs and holding them (unless I can see that would be profitable) but this will get me to the required 20k crop power needed to receive rewards.
I don't mind spending money on games especially when I could potentially earn from that spending:)
Another recent update is the launching of the affilate program
I am not too heavily into affiliate marketing but I will use my referral link on posts. I also may do special giveaways for those who signed up for the game using my link. I may as well put my referral link in posts about dcrops. That's kind of a no-brainer. I will likley do a dcrops giveawy for new players on my alt account @curatingunicorn soon.
I don't know the exact date when these new features will be live, but I am prepared :)
