I purchased 10 new 2nd edition cards and 10 new 3rd edition cards today. Each new card is 800 SIM when you purchase from the game. They can be less expensive on the market, depending on the card. I am in need of some more apartments or housing in general and I saw 1 apartment card (I think it might have been the only apartment card) on the market for 250 SIM, much less then 800 SIM.
This seems like a nice well rounded stack of cards for my dCity.
There was a world wide ecomonic crisis today and there were lowered income rewards.
Economy crisis: Reduce income by 10%

The RV is the economic crisis taking our income away.
My population is up almost 50 citizens and my Income is up to 8 SIM now.
My dCity's popularity is green and 82, since it's green I am going to assume it's good. I'm not sure if popularity only goes to 82, I assume it does. That's something I need to check.
No education or creativity points yet. My demographics are bland. My citizens are basic. They probably eat a lot of plan hamburger with no condiments.
The City Value is way up! That would make sense when I dropped another 16,000 SIM into the dCity. Not as up where I would like it. I've invtested 2,400 SIM for the dCity's initial funding and another 16,000 SIM today for it's expansion fund.
Total invested : 18,400 SIM
Received an Apartment as a gift from @eythorphoto (Thank you, again!!) which added 641 SIM to my City Value.
Current City Value : 12,805 SIM
Invest Value : -4,954 SIM, as of this posting is worth 4.60722 HIVE
