Oneup is a front end for the Hive blockchain, just like SplinterTalk. You can access it through the website 1up.zone or you could just add the oneup tag to your post, so it will be shown on the Oneup site and will earn you ONEUP tokens which can be exchanged on Hive-Engine like SPT. SplinterTalk is for everything related to Splinterlands and Oneup is for all content regarding blockchain gaming so if you post something about Splinterlands you can always add the oneup tag as well 😁
