He speaks in English. Most people speak English here, which makes it harder to learn Finnish. However, they don't want to work in English. He however runs a global team.

It definitely helps knowing the local language, but mine sucks. I can get by in some areas, but not enough to do anything official. But again, they spent billions teaching English for the last 50 years here, so they should be comfortable with it.
