Happy Eid Al-Fitr... Happy Eid Mubarak to all Hivers friends who celebrate it.
Today is a day of victory for Muslims after a full month of fasting in the month of Ramadan. A holy and meaningful holiday for us Muslims, especially in Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim.
Early in the morning we and our family woke up from sleep and got ready to go to the mosque for Eid prayer. After Eid prayer, we began to forgive each other in our extended family, especially to our parents. Next we started to visit our neighbors to forgive each other.
This first Eid day we just gather and stay in touch with our extended family. This year's Eid we all gathered at grandma's house. All the extended family from the wife's side, far and near came to gather at Grandma's house.
We are halal bi halal eating with big family. Even though it was raining heavily, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for celebrating this Eid.
