The high inflation indeed benefits a friendly takeover where the whales just keep selling the inflation until they dilute themselves, but over the past couple years somehow they have kept their power. It baffles and it makes no sense how the same whales can still singlehandedly, or at most with the help of a couple of friends, finance proposals and elect witnesses. Years of 10%+ inflation, theoretically in 5 years they would have diluted themselves, but no.
