90% subreddits are okay. The biggest ones can be more complicated. Just choose a subreddit through Reddit search, look at the rules of each subreddit - if they don't say anything against self-promotion - you can share.

Sometimes. The requirements can be almost anything. But normally they have none or a minimum.
Just choose a relevant sub and try.
