Electricity is inarguably one of the most important things people need. Some are opportune to have constant electricity but high bill, while some don't have at all and still pay a high bill. What's the light situation in your country like? Do you have steady electricity?

The government doesn't provide my power. It's a member-owned cooperative. Other parts of the region are handled by Avista, a corporation. Some comes indirectly come from the government via Hanford nuclear site and dams on the Columbia River, but much is generated locally.
Why are they paying a high bill if they don't even get it? 🤨 Ours is so steady people get outraged if there's an unexpected inexplicable outage. We got solar to mitigate high bills but the savings will pay off the loan for it so be a while before we see that 😅

That's how things are over here. Light bill is high, but people don't see electricity as often as they should. Sometimes, it's even rationed, in the sense that today would be street A's turn to get light, while
While street B would be in total darkness. The next day, it would be street B's turn to get light while street A would be in total darkness.

Unlike before, that we may not even have light for a week straight, I can say it is way better now. At least for like two weeks now, we've been having light for at least 7-8hours each day. I still believe electricity should be stable, like 24/7. But then... It is well ❤️🩹
Compared to before, I think that's good progress. Maybe baba is trying to complete his electricity promise because of 2027 election. Who knows? Anyways, kudos to them.
Each time the discussion of stable electricity comes up, I feel bad that people like us who grew up in developing countries still face the same issue years later.
While I was in university, the power supply in my Lodge was never stable even when he had prepaid meters. So sad.
Now that I'm home with my parents, the power supply is more stable.

She said her landlady sent her the bills which she complained to be too much.

About some schools that doesn't provide stable electricity for the students that's very bad.
