You can automatically hive posts from low rep authors.
Isn't 25 the rep you start with?

Another feature that could be added to that is one that excludes posts of authors below a bench mark, e.g., the scammers with -0 reputations.
The idea was rather to mute scam or fraudster accounts with negative rep. But also within those there are some who got a negative rep by a single weirdo, like in case of my @stayout.bot who never did any harm.
