I guess some people would call it being sentimental - but I'd simply call it 'embracing your emotions'... Perhaps in part this has to do with some kind of sadness deep within us, or what they call "nostalgia", but in a world where we're being forced to gradually numb ourselves more and more, just to cope with the pressures of life, I feel it's pretty important to just have these few things, and these few special memories always with us, in our lifes, and in our hearts - in order to get these small reminders of who we are, and where we came from, when times get rough. ❤️
