Bless you for having such a big heart!
The lockdowns made many go hungry - here some people got together and created the White Flag movement.
In a nutshell, not everyone is comfortable asking/begging for food. So if you were in dire need of food, all you needed to do is put out a white flag (anything white fabric) and those who wanted to help can just drop off food.
It was amazing to see people come together.

        Such an amazing initiative 🤗 and your are right not everyone is comfortable asking for help so giving those in need a chance to ask without asking 💯 was really genius and thank you so much, the encouragement means a lot to me.
