Hello @princessj190. I like you tradition of having a specific dish during the holiday. I'll bet your mom's stew was the best, and you'll never be able to fully duplicate it. It's just something about the love that went into it.

But what I love the most about your tradition is gathering up all the money given to all; putting it together, then dividing it among all of you. That is awesome and tells of a wonderful family bond you shared.
