It is a great privilege to participate in this year very first question in 2022 with the topic talking about spirituality which is an interesting topic to deliberate on and also share idea and thought about it which is really awesome and I appreciate @ecotrain for giving us the opportunity to do so.

The word "spirituality" is powerful and we are in one way or the other affected by it. We live in a world where spirituality is actually living in another world or being a different creature entirely. When one is in the spirit differs from your normal self but the most important thing is that our spirituality differs.
Some people or will I say most people make the mistake of comparing spirituality and religion as the same though they may have something in common but there's a major difference when looking at the two.
People often confuse spirituality with religion. People can be both religious and spiritual, but it is also possible to be religious without being spiritual, or to be spiritual without being religious.
This saying is quite correct when looking at the two because we as humans can be religious when participating in the act of worship but does that actually mean one is spiritual I doubt it. Most people engage in prayers for some certain issues to seek solutions to their problems while those in the spirit have dedicated their life and have neglected so many things a normal person will do which make them look different but no doubt they are still humans.
To be spiritual to me doesn't actually mean worshipping in a church or mosque but to take life simple and neglect negative thought that comes to mind.
There are act or ways that can make one to be spiritual

The word "love" is very powerful which is the number one act of been in the spirit in the act of loving everyone around you just like you love yourself because when you show love to others definitely bring happiness and is a strong sign of spirituality which doesn't mean you must be religious but it's a way of showing care to others.
2. Kindness

This act also which I believe is another way of been in the spirit or act of spirituality is also showing kindness to others which means you care about them which is also a positive move to embark on in a spiritual life. The act of kindness is derived from the word love but also is a way of caring for others in terms of need and this to me is another way of boosting one spiritual life.
To be spiritual doesn't actually mean you must be a pastor or imam but involving yourself in a positive way to achieve success by showing good deeds and ways for a better future for both yourself and others. Spirituality can be defined in so many aspects but from my own point of view is sharing and showing love to be strong in faith in doing things to avoid evil or negative thought to others.
