We are living in the world where individuals or people would want to transfer responsibilities and give excuses to not achieving a particular task or goal, this stems from low self esteem, laziness, peer pressure, procrastination and sometimes orientation.

We are faced with a question likely to be rhetorical, If not you then who? If not now then when? Do you think anyone can do it better? Or perhaps you are not meant to move mountains and do wonders. If Bill Gate, Elon Musk, and host of others would be asked what triggered them to have taken the steps that gave them world's recognition, the simple answer which may accompany their sermons would be " I saw an opportunity and I went for it... no one else could have done it better... I saw an opportunity and never delayed in grabbing it... and it goes, and here they are today.

The second phase of the questions draws from the first. And it largely excerpt from those whose inability to accomplish their goal centers on procrastination, and making life changing decision negates procrastination. If an individual would want to make a change, the answer to it is now, not later or tomorrow.
So one should learn to shun laziness, procrastination, and build self esteem in order to become a world pace setter. And individuals must learn also to have a good orientation about life, because individuals who refuse to do anything, most times it is because of the orientation they have. "I can not do it".
I remember when I was working with a consulting firm TCN, after every meeting our motto/key word use to be "Excuses are excuses while results are results".
