Fruit sauce salad is a deliciously creamy and richly chilled dessert made from custard powder, milk and seasonal fruits. Fruit salad with custard can be a great pleasure for your friends, family and guests.
What is a fruit custard salad?
Fruit custard is a dessert made by mixing sliced seasonal fruit with custard. Custard is a spicy dish that is traditionally prepared with cream, milk and eggs. Today there are so many ways to prepare custard. The easiest way is to use purchased custard powder as I did for this post.
I used eggless custard powder without artificial colors and flavors. There are many brands that sell powders.
In addition to the basic vanilla flavor, it is also available in various flavors such as banana, apple, pineapple and mango. But most are artificial flavors so I only use the basic flavors.

- Milk
- Carrots
- Banana
- Cucumber
- An apple
How to make a fruit custard salad?
Fruit preparation
1.Rinse the fruit well.
2.Cut them into reasonably chew pieces.
3.Place them in the serving bowl.

4.Pour 2½ cups of milk into a thick saucepan.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar because I do not take much. Start heating it over medium heat. Mix and dissolve the sugar
5.Meanwhile, add 3 tablespoons of custard powder in a small mixing bowl. The mixture should be smooth without lumps.
6.When the milk is heated (not boiled), lower the heat to low and turn on the milk mix custard. Stir well during cooking with a spatula. In a few minutes the mixture will thicken, turn off the heat.
7.Set aside and whisk the mixture well to a smooth custard, you can add other flavors to your liking.
8.Pour the fruit into the custard. Stir gently.
9.Then it now ready to served
