I have a question - I know that you can't power down during the month as this will render you disqualified, but is this also the case for delegating HP to another account? I wanted to delegate this month but I'm a bit worried that it might chuck me out of PUM. Perhaps you should include the answer in the rules for the next one as well? Just a suggestion.
