Schools are going back to the normal routine after being closed for almost two months due to the Covid-19.
The normal routine is no longer normal as there are things like regular wiping of tables and chairs as well as the need for students to take mask break since wearing mask can be really hard for breathing.
We need to constantly remind our students not to crowd around like the above picture.
As a teacher, we are really concerned about how much our students had learnt during HBL.
There were some stubborn ones that did not complete their assigned worked at home with parents that did not help a single bit even after alerting them through calls and SMS.
We are concerned with the coming assessment that our students would not be able to perform to their potential.
Regardless of all these worries, it is important to take it easy.
There is really no point feeling pressurised since it does not help a single bit.
By taking it easy, the classroom can become more conducive as the mood of teachers can affect the mood of classroom learning.
The joy and love for learning will enable our students to learn more effectively.
We have limited time in our classroom but we can instil the joy of learning so that our students can explore more on their own independently.
As teachers, we do what we can and let the students do what they can too.
