With all the countries that this guy in the videoclip had traveled to, he decided to settle down in Singapore.
Singapore is definitely not a perfect place like what he mentioned but there are lots of opportunities that many may not get from other places.
Things here are expensive but it is a modern city with a low crime rate that is good to build a business.

Almost everyone here in Singapore can converse in English so it is not hard to communicate and move around.
Everyone is working hard so it is hard not to work hard in Singapore.
Singapore is popular for the various laws that many countries may not have but this keeps Singapore not only safe but an extremely organised and orderly country.
