Hallo liebe Hive Freunde
Vor ein paar Jahren planten meine Partnerin und ich einen Sommerurlaub auf Mallorca. Wir mussten das Hotel einige Zeit im Voraus buchen, damit es unser Reisebudget nicht sprengen würde. Wir haben ein Schulkind und können nur in den Ferien in den Urlaub fliegen. Nach einer sehr langen Suche und dem Vergleich von Dutzenden von Hotels haben wir uns für ein Hotel in Sa Coma entschieden. Wir buchten eine Suite, in der wir auch eine Küche und ein separates Zimmer hatten, damit Leon sein eigenes Zimmer hatte und nicht bei uns schlafen musste. Am Abreisetag brachte uns meine Mutter mittags zum Flughafen in Düsseldorf. Da unser Flug um 16.00 Uhr ging und meine Frau immer gerne sehr früh da ist, hatten wir am Terminal und am Gate viel Zeit. Wir tranken etwas und aßen einen Happen, bevor wir nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit zum Boarding aufgerufen wurden. Wir nahmen unsere Plätze ein und freuten uns auf unsere Ankunft auf Mallorca. Nach fast 3 Stunden Flug kamen wir endlich auf der Insel an und wurden sofort zu unserem Gepäckband geführt und dann war es Zeit für den Transfer zu unserem Hotel.
Auch diese Fahrt dauerte noch eine gute Stunde, denn wir waren eine der letzten, die ausgeladen wurden. Leon wurde langsam unruhig und wir waren froh, als wir endlich aus dem Bus aussteigen konnten. Wir checkten schnell ein und konnten dann unsere Suite inspizieren. Wir hatten wirklich Glück, das Zimmer entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Wir zogen uns um, packten alles aus und sahen uns in der Anlage um, bevor wir zum Strand gingen. Dort lauschten wir der Abendsonne und genossen die Meeresbrise. Gegen Mitternacht machten wir uns langsam auf den Weg zum Hotel und kauften unterwegs noch etwas ein. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, fielen wir alle einfach ins Bett und schliefen mit Vorfreude auf den nächsten Tag ein.
Tag 2
Heute wollte Leon die meiste Zeit am Pool verbringen und den Vor- und Nachmittag im Resort bleiben. Auf diese Weise konnten meine Frau und ich uns gut von der Reise erholen, beim Sonne tanken. Da wir All-in gebucht hatten, konnten wir den ganzen Tag und zu jeder Zeit so viel essen und trinken, wie wir wollten. Der Kleine nutzte dies schamlos aus und holte sich etwas oder ließ sich etwas bringen. Ob es nun etwas zu trinken, etwas zu essen oder einfach etwas Süßes war, er war mehr am Buffet als im Wasser. Es war sein erster Urlaub mit All-in. Wir fanden es toll, dass er das alles ohne Probleme geschafft hat. Er war vom ersten Tag an selbst ein Läufer und kam nur ab und zu vorbei, um Hallo zu sagen, ansonsten haben wir ihn kaum gesehen. Abends sind wir dann an der Strandpromenade spazieren gegangen und haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten eingekauft. Leon spielte noch eine Weile auf einem kleinen Spielplatz direkt neben dem Stand, bevor wir für das Abendprogramm zurück ins Hotel gingen. An diesem Abend spielte eine Coverband live im Hotel, der meine Frau gerne bei einem Cocktail zuhören wollte. Die Show war wirklich gut, und neben den Sängern gab es auch nette Tänzerinnen, sodass auch die Herren in der Gruppe auf ihre Kosten kamen. Gegen 1 Uhr morgens fielen wir ins Bett.
Tag 3
Heute wollten wir den Tag am Meer verbringen. Wir haben im Hotel gefrühstückt, dann haben wir unsere Sachen gepackt und sind zum Strand gegangen. Um 10 Uhr war es schon so warm, dass wir froh waren, aus den wenigen Klamotten, die wir anhatten, herauszukommen. Wir suchten uns einen schönen Platz direkt am Wasser und machten es uns dort gemütlich. Immer wieder wurde es uns in der Sonne einfach zu warm und wir verbrachten eine lange Zeit im Wasser. Leon und ich haben viel gespielt und sind ab und zu mit unseren Matten etwas weiter raus geschwommen. Meine Frau war mehr mit Sonnenbaden und Fotografieren beschäftigt. Immer wieder lagen wir beide einfach nur im Wasser herum, bis Leon sagte, er wolle wieder etwas tun. Gegen Mittag wollten wir eigentlich zum Mittagsbuffet ins Hotel gehen, aber wir ließen uns überreden, an der Promenade etwas zu kaufen und am Strand zu essen, damit wir noch nicht ins Hotel gehen mussten. Er ist schon ein cleveres Kerlchen. Also kaufte ich uns etwas zu essen in einem der vielen Restaurants an der Promenade. So konnten wir den Rest des Tages am Strand verbringen. Am frühen Abend hatte er genug und meine Frau und ich waren schon ganz schön verbrannt - die Sonnencreme, die wir aus Deutschland mitgebracht hatten, war wohl nicht so gut. Also spazierten wir gemütlich zurück zum Hotel und duschten uns gründlich, um den Sand und das Salzwasser von unseren Körpern zu entfernen, bevor wir frisch und entspannt zum Abendbuffet gingen. Nach dem leckeren Essen haben wir uns im Partnerhotel eine Flamingo-Show angesehen, aber leider durften wir keine Fotos machen. was ich schade fande (eins hab ich heimlich gemacht ;-) ). Auf dem Rückweg kamen wir an einem Minigolfplatz vorbei, wo wir uns noch einmal zu einer Runde überreden ließen. Nach dem Spiel ging es zurück ins Hotel, wo wir uns noch das Abendprogramm des Nachbarhotels anhörten, bevor wir ins Bett gingen.

Hello dear Hive friends
A few years ago, my partner and I planned a summer vacation to Mallorca. We had to book the hotel some time in advance so that it would not break our travel budget. We have a school child and can only fly on vacation during the vacations. After a very long search and comparing dozens of hotels, we decided on a hotel in Sa Coma. We booked a suite where we also had a kitchen and a separate room so Leon had his own room and didn't have to sleep with us. On the day of departure, my mother took us to the airport in Düsseldorf at noon. Since our flight left at 4pm and my wife always likes to be there very early, we had plenty of time at the terminal and gate. We had a drink and a bite to eat before we were called for boarding after 2 hours of waiting. We took our seats and looked forward to our arrival in Mallorca. After almost 3 hours of flying, we finally arrived on the island and were immediately shown to our luggage carousel and then it was time for the transfer to our hotel.
This ride also took another good hour, as we were one of the last to be unloaded. Leon was starting to get restless and we were glad when we could finally get off the bus. We checked in quickly and then were able to inspect our suite. We were really lucky, the room was exactly as we expected. We got changed, unpacked everything and looked around the resort before heading to the beach. There we listened to the evening sun and enjoyed the sea breeze. Around midnight, we slowly made our way back to the hotel, buying something on the way. When we got to the room, we all just fell into bed and fell asleep with anticipation for the next day.
Day 2
Today Leon wanted to spend most of his time at the pool and stay at the resort for the morning and afternoon. This way my wife and I could get a good rest from the trip, while soaking up the sun. Since we had booked all-in, we could eat and drink as much as we wanted all day and at any time. The little one took shameless advantage of this and got something or had something brought to him. Whether it was something to drink, something to eat or just something sweet, he was more at the buffet than in the water. It was his first vacation with all-in. We loved that he was able to do it all without any problems. He was a runner himself from day one and only came by to say hello now and then, otherwise we hardly saw him. In the evening we went for a walk along the beach promenade and bought a few little things. Leon played for a while on a small playground right next to the stand before we went back to the hotel for the evening program. That evening, a cover band played live at the hotel, which my wife was happy to listen to over a cocktail. The show was really good, and besides the singers, there were also nice dancers, so the gentlemen in the group also got their money's worth. Around 1am we fell into bed.
Day 3
Today we wanted to spend the day at the sea. We had breakfast at the hotel, then we packed our things and went to the beach. At 10am it was already so warm that we were glad to get out of the few clothes we had on. We looked for a nice spot right on the water and made ourselves comfortable there. Time and time again we just got too warm in the sun and spent a long time in the water. Leon and I played a lot and occasionally swam a little further out with our mats. My wife was more busy with sunbathing and taking pictures. Time and time again we both just laid around in the water until Leon said he wanted to do something again. Around noon we were supposed to go to the hotel for the lunch buffet, but we let him talk us into buying something on the boardwalk and eating on the beach so we didn't have to go to the hotel yet. He's already a smart guy. So I bought us something to eat at one of the many restaurants on the promenade. So we could spend the rest of the day on the beach. In the early evening he had had enough and my wife and I were already quite burned - the sunscreen we had brought from Germany was probably not that good. So we walked leisurely back to the hotel and took a thorough shower to remove the sand and salt water from our bodies before we went to the dinner buffet fresh and relaxed. After the delicious meal we watched a flamingo show at the partner hotel, but unfortunately we were not allowed to take any photos. which I thought was a pity (I took one secretly ;-) ). On the way back we passed a miniature golf course, where we let ourselves be persuaded once again to play a round. After the game we went back to the hotel, where we listened to the evening program of the neighboring hotel before we went to bed.
