Hello Foodies, I want to share with you my visit to a fusion food restaurant. VIVO Restaurant. A great gastronomic experience, with various dishes. I will show you each one and what they consist of and when I give them a score from 1 to 10.

First, order a dish called Viva La Vida. ❤️‍🔥

Red Tuna Tartar With Strawberries And Pomegranate Balsamic Served With Sesame Tortillas. SCORE 10/10 What I liked the most about the tartar was the citrus combination that the strawberry pieces gave it.

Hola Foodies, quiero compartirles mi visita a un restaurante de comida fusión. VIVO Restaurant. Una gran experiencia gastronómica, Con Diversos platillos. Les mostraré cada uno y en qué consisten y cuando les doy de puntuación del 1 al 10.
En primer lugar ordene de entrada un platillo llamado Viva La Vida. ❤️‍🔥 Tartar De Atún Rojo Con Fresas Y Balsámico De Granada Acompañadas Con Tortillas De Sésamo. Puntaje 10/10 Lo que más me gusto del tartar fue la combinación cítrica que le dieron los trozos de fresa.🍓

As a second entry we order Pulpito Al Carbón

Charcoal Octopus 🐙 on Roasted Sweet Chili Puree and Pico de Gallo with Sarrapia Balsamic and Kumache. Sarrapia is a seed from the Bolívar state in Venezuela. It is used in gastronomy to add sweetness and aroma to dishes. SCORE 8/10

Como segunda entrada ordenamos Pulpito Al Carbón. Pulpito Al Carbón Sobre Puré De Ají Dulce Rostizado Y Pico De Gallo Con Balsámico De Sarrapia Y Kumache. La Sarrapia es una semilla proveniente del estado Bolívar en Venezuela🇻🇪. Es utilizada en la gastronomía para aportar dulzor y aroma a los platillos. Puntaje 8/10

MAIN COURSES.

These dishes captivated my heart, both for their presentation and their taste. The first was Tumá Kumarakapay

Fish Over Creamy Chili Pepper🌶, Accompanied By Yucca Charcoal And Flavored With Kumache And Sarrapia. A delicious white fish on a creamy Chili pepper, This was a combination of incredible flavors although it was a bit spicy because of the Chili I really loved it. SCORE: 10/10

PLATOS PRINCIPALES. Estos platos cautivaron mi corazón, tanto por su presentación como su sabor. el primero fue Tumá Kumarakapay
Pescado Sobre Cremoso De Ají, Acompañado Por Carbón De Yuca Y Aromatizado Con Kumache Y Sarrapia. Un delicioso pescado blanco sobre un cremoso de Ají, Esto fue una combinación de sabores increíbles aunque estaba un poco picante por el Ají realmente me encantó. Puntaje 10/10

The second main course we ordered was Tepuy De Lomito

Tenderloin In Balsamic Vinegar Reduction On Dried Tomato Puree, Goat Cheese And Arugula Pesto. The presentation is very beautiful and the mixture of flavors is very delicious. SCORE: 9/10

El segundo plato principal que ordenamos fue Tepuy De Lomito Lomito En Reducción De Vinagre Balsámico Sobre Puré De Tomates Secos, Queso De Cabra Y Pesto De Rúcula. La presentación muy hermosa y la mezcla de sabores muy deliciosa. Puntaje: 9/10

For a drink, order a cocktail based on gin and strawberry liqueur. The presentation of the cocktail is the most fun part 🍹

De bebida ordene un cóctel a base de ginebra y licor de fresa. La presentación del cóctel fue la parte más divertida. 🍓
