Just cooking eggs with an excuse to capture this photos.
Or maybe because I was too lazy to cook something else and this was for sure the easiest way out. Eggs, milk and cheese maybe are the reason I haven't became Vegan yet. I feel that would be difficult to cut that from my diet.
But who knows one day I will make the experience and see if I can live without it.
But back to todays dish. Some focaccia on the bottom with a vegetarian burger and a fried egg on top of it.
When I saw the oil sizzling was when I knew I had to push the phone and grab some photos.
This was the final result. Nothing fancy but super quick, very feeling and delicious. I have not make a big effort plating this because it is not something that You expect to be fancy and looking gorgeous.
It is more a hit and run type of dish, if I can even call it a dish!
It is very interesting the process of cooking. You start with the raw materials and they transform in something totally different. The colours, the textures, the flavours, the taste, everything change and You end up with a final product that is all that our bodies need to keep us going.
All this transformations inspire me to capture the food in different ways that hopefully get Your eye and make You imagine the taste and smell of it.
My goal is for You to leave this blog posts feeling like You need to have a meal.
It is almost time to go back and prepare dinner. So would You like me to share that with You as well or would You prefer to save that and share it with You tomorrow. I don't want to feel that I am bombarding You guys with all this food.
