Minced Quorn
This quarantine got me cooking everyday, all day. And as soon as I finish cooking all I can think is the next dish I will be cooking for my next meal.
Tonight I have decided to go with some minced quorn with a nice plate of pasta. Have added some mushrooms and sweet chilli sauce to the mix and the final result was just delicious.
Can't stop myself
As I'm sitting here writting this post and telling You about what I had for dinner I am already thinking about what I will be preparing tomorrow for lunch.
Anyone else have became a cooking monster since this quarantine started or on the opposite and You are just over so much cooking.
