Hi everyone 👋🏾 good morning here's two photographs I took of last night's homemade dinner I made Sheppard's pie and baked beans it was a simple meal to
Ingredients used
Minced beef
Potatoes
Frozen peas
Baked beans
Chesse
Butter
Beef gravy and beef stock ( you use only one if you want)
Salt and pepper
All season
Onion granules
Chilli powder
How to make
So first I cut and peel potatoes give them a quick wash then I throw them into some boiling water I like to add some salt to the boiling water
Next I put some sunflower oil into a pan medium to high heat throw the minced beef into the pan let it fry for 1 to 2 minutes then I add all the seasoning in ( not the gravy or stock)
Let that all fry for 8 to 12 minutes or until cooked then add the beef gravy and stock and frozen peas now let it all simmer on a low heat
Now the potatoes should be ready mash them up add some salt and pepper butter and chesse
Get the cooking dishes ready now add all the cooked minced beef pot into the dish and then put all the mash on top then put some gratted cheese on top and a little bit of salt and pepper on top
Now throw in to the oven
Once ready cook the beans
Plate up should look something like this 😋👍🏾
