Great Machine you got there. I didn't know what a freeze dryer was before nowbut iI get the point now.
Answering your question, I don't know if this will work well with fish that has much oil and then us it to dry something like that, cause over here in Nigeria I us oven for that and I don't if this is better 🤷‍♀️
But you can try it out if it's not a problem.

Yep, you can freeze dry fish. The freeze dryer itself uses around 110watts and has to run around 12-18 hours for a single run. Here that amounts to around $2-$3 for one freeze dry run. The other benefit though is it gives off a good amount of heat so if you're in a colder climate it helps for heating your home as well! I haven't had to run my wood stove when I'm running this.
