Seasoned sausage and Edam cheese Wrap, with white pudding and blueberry reserve on baguette

Ingredients
Sausages
Tortilla wrap
Butter
Edam Cheese
1 baguette
Ketchup
Jam (homemade if possible)
White pudding
Step 1
Heat up your pan to medium and add a small knob of butter (or olive oil if you prefer)

Step 2
Take your sausages and cut them into individual sausages if connected and chop your white pudding into nice big circles.

Step 3
The butter should be melted now and we can add our sausages and white pudding to the pan.

Step 4
Keep turning the sausages every minute or two and cook until golden brown on each side.

Step 5
Time to grab a wrap and get it buttered up.

Step 6
Now our sausages should be done which I chop in half and place on the wrap.

Step 7
Add cheese, I used Edam, as that's all I had. Cheddar or brie or most other cheeses will do fine.

Step 8
You have a choice now between ketchup and ballymaloe relish - I opted for ketchup today, but either one is lovely.

Step 9
Cut a small piece of baguette and butter and then slather on some homemade jam.

We are lucky to have some gorgeous homemade blueberry and apple jam made by my Mum.

Step 10
Now simply plate up your wrap, white pudding and butter and jam baguette and Bob's your uncle and Robert's your Auntie's husband!

Bon Appetite
