This question is problematic as it depends on the definition of "cure."

A cure is something that one applies to an existing strategy. So a ventilator and even Hydroxychloroquine could be labeled "cures."

There are "cures" on the market, although the cures have varying results.

They have antibodies that are hitting the market soon. They can do things like take blood from a person who recovered then injecting those antibodies into a patient. Some people are trying to make antibodies in labs.

Antibodies are generally effective cures, but they don't help people build their own immune response.

The real thing everybody is hoping for is a vaccine. You give the vaccine to healthy people. The healthy people then build antibodies to the virus. The vaccines are about a year away. It is the vaccines that will get rid of the disease.

A vaccine is not technically a cure.
