Governments waste money, more as one can imagine. They give loans to other countries and have profit from it. They easily say the country in need doesn't need to pay back. They invest in abroad, poor whatsoever although after 100 years nothing has happened. As long as there are people who pay the bill, tax over tax over taxes there's no problem.
