Based on my attached image from GitHub, it appears that the #4 problem has existed for almost 1 year, back when Hive has not existed yet.
Thanks for helping me investigate the said problems. I hope this helps @emrebeyler improve dPoll.io further.

I just knew that I am not only the one who gets to encounter these problems. I thought that my Tor Browser causes problems #2 to #4, but with @vimukthi's help, I have learned that it is not the case.
