When you take a group of people, you motivate them to show up every day and you teach them to be consistent and active, you see results.

Magic things happen... Especially when people start to support each other, helping them to get into new stuff, pushing them a bit out of their box...

But, all of that requires a bit of action... and consistency... and respect for others and yourselves...

        Especially when people start to support each other helping them to get into new stuff, pushing them a bit out of their box...

        I believe that is the ingredient that is so amazing about this community. There is a lot of solidarity and since we all passed through these phases, we know how we can help each other.
