typical Acehnese food

Hello, good afternoon everyone, wherever you are. Hopefully you will always be protected by Almighty God. On this occasion I want to tell you about a typical food in my area, namely Indonesia, especially Aceh. This food is called in my village, namely tuhe soup.

This tuhe sauce consists of several ingredients which are mixed together, the first of which is bulukan. Did you know that it is not rice made from sticky rice.

and the sauce is made with coconut milk flavored with the aroma of pandan leaves, and then mixed with fruit and bananas. It is usually used with bananas and sweetened with sugar to taste and then cooked.

This food is very well known in Aceh. Almost all Acehnese know and have eaten this sauce.

This photo is usually made at large events, such as birthdays, or inauguration events, especially large events where this dish is usually cooked.

This square is very famous in Aceh. The people who make this food are not random people. Not everyone can make this menstrual period.
