This is the best business advice I've seen amidst COVID-19. The truth is there's no short cut or trick that'll make you recession proof. Bad times happen and these are the times where real leadership and products can test themselves against everyone else. Forget the tricks and build discipline. Expect recessions and plan to get more aggressive during hard times instead of playing it safe. Go against the crowd and built better thins for the world.
