I've been looking into book publishing lately. Although we have such a low barrier to entry, blogging is even easier. I guess that's why everyone isn't an author yet. On the other hand what this means is that being an author with a real hardcover book can come with a good amount of credibility. You can actually get a quality product shipped home for something over $20. That's not too bad. What you need to do is to create a more long form evergreen content.
