How much did it cost? Energy consumption? Is there really a cost benefit?

I got it on sale so it wasn't so bad and should last for many years. I plan on using it daily to create a longer term food storage that will end up lasting for years. Energy is about 110watts. The cost benefits are having prepared food that will last me for years and not have to worry if something happens.
