What a cool contest! I just bumped into it, and will leave my contribution as well. This is a song from a portuguese singer called Marisa, and it's called "Chuva" (chuva means rain in english). If you don't know the genre, its Fado, the typical portuguese music. And although Fado is not my favourite music genre at all, since most musics are more on the sad side, this one I love!
