Fried Sage

Hello Dears!

Today I'll share a new photo of an old dish, a recipe that utilizes a leftover. Which? An aromatic herb often used on dishes with neutral tastes to seek a little more flavor. I'm talking about Sage. As soon as we picked it from the plant, we passed it in a batter of flour and water and thrown it in a pan with a layer of oil on the bottom and we left it to fry a few minutes. The result was this, rather crunchy little sticks.

In the first, I made some changes to get a fog effect. Then, I also added some adjustment levels to obtain a monochrome cover for the photo.
