Can you send a large text memo to all users above 500 SP with inactive witness votes and spam it for the next few days?

I know its not nice or pretty but now is not the time for aesthetics.

If someone more known like Blocktrades could do it even better.

        That would be another great idea. I jave a friend who's good at that @crypto.piotr. i wish he takes a stand for Steem as well.
