I totally agree with you. A lot of teenagers don't even realise they're losing themselves bit by bit in the chase of likes and trend but at the same time, they could also gain knowledge and creativity from the same social media, if they're guided properly. I think the real issue is exactly what you said, digital discipline, because social media isn't actually the enemy, but how we use it matters. Great write-up
