Nice post. I would get rid of Governments first.

I believe that most of the racism is being driven by politicians and journalists with political agendas. If these Governments cease to exist, I think most racism would go away as well. And a lot of other problems of our society would be gone, too.

Instead of big Governments we should have local and much smaller groups taking control of their own communities. I think that kind of decentralisation would lead to a much better world and the resources would be much better spent that way.
