Colchester
The town I grew up in! Spent a lot of summers around Clacton before it became what it now is. Also Walton on the Naze; many walks down to the beach and finding those old shark teeth from hundreds of millions of years ago that end up there from the erosion of the cliff.
Yeah Colchester is ok
I don't know about that haha, I don't miss it one bit to be honest. It only got worse over the years somehow too.
the kids love it there
Take them to the beach beneath the Naze Tower, that's where you'll find the teeth. They're able to be found all year round, but obviously at low tide. They're incredibly easy to find, some people have found mammoth teeth there too.
