that looks delicious. you should have cut up a triangle piece and place it on the side for a better shot.
i also make cake every other week. i do it to make dry cake, after baking, cut it up into thin slices and dry them slowly in the oven, makes good quick snacks and also with tea or coffee and last very long too....
