Hello everyone. Welcome back to My Life In Color.
First, I hope that everyone had an awesome Father's Day weekend, especially all the Fathers surrounded by their immediate and extended families. It's a joyous occasion to be able to have a cohesive family unit.
The idea for My Life In Color - Highlighting the Color For the Day evolved from a challenge based on colors assigned to each day that was the concept of a former Hive member. I decided to create my own version. It's not a challenge; just sharing many of my personal photos and digital drawing images in my collection.
With that said, today is Monday. I'll be sharing all colors of the spectrum that's blue. My choice of colors are found in my color chart below in which I assigned a different day of the week with a particular color or color blend.
I've read how colors affect our lives. Each person navigates toward specific colors due to preferences and perception. Researchers discovered this centuries ago. Different societies and cultures adopt specific colors to fit their customs.
According to colorpsychology.org, blue is one of the most popular colors admired by people across cultures and generations. When we look around us, various shades of blue exist in nature and man-made items.
Blue is one of the three primary colors. It sits between violet and green on the color wheel. Popular shades of blue are royal blue, pastel blue, dark blue, midnight blue. 1
When I think of the color blue in my daily life, I love dark blue. It coordinates and blends well with other colors for dramatic effects. I don't decorate with it. My interest in the color is in art and my wardrobe.

Digital Drawings
Apophysis 2.09
Apophysis produces fractal art by rendering its iterations. The resulting art is some of the most ethereal and beautiful art to behold. It can be interpreted differently by each individual.
Stable Diffusion
When we talk about generative art, other types of programs I utilize deal with Stable Diffusion. I recently discovered this type of software and have been producing beautiful art mages. Stable Diffusion software utilized text prompt to produce images.
One of the programs I use is StarryAI. For example, with the image below, here is the process I used:
Text Prompt: "A beautiful and ethereal butterfly in blue."
Result: I feel that the diffusion software took my words and transformed them into a magical insect.
Nvidia Gaugan
Nvidia Gaugan is a generative art program. On a blank canvas, you can draw landscapes in any formh. Elements such as clouds, sky, water, landscapes such as trees, and mountains can be produced with the tools provided.
Bomomo
Bomomo is drawing software that produces abstract art. The unique drawing tools provide a set of specific patterns with varying colors. You can create images in unique patterns.
Taking the abstract art, I can then stretch it further with a filtering program to form even more bizarre patterns.
