Your aunt was/is a very smart women.

I talk to myself all the time now at home and occasionally, slightly when I'm out and about, but I also am aware to try to make sure it is when there is nobody else close enough to hear it. 😄

Many years ago, my husband at the time, started silently moving his lips as he walked around as if talking to himself with no sound. It seemed to start suddenly and I always wondered why, but either way, that DID look crazy for some reason....LOL....
