I've been thinking for a while what I wanted to post about on my hive account. I've done everything from general life updates to some gaming. Overall though it hasn't been something I really kept up with because of the lack of motivation or write those long form posts with little rewards. That's ok! I'm not asking or begging for votes simply stating why I haven't posted for a good while as I moved into other areas to build that paid the bills.
Now that that's under good management I want to start applying that here to Hive and that's primarily done through giveaways!
Yes, Giveaways! If you didn't know I've hosted many giveaways and partnerships over the years with Twitch and Youtube streamers. I even partnered up with some large companies to give away PCs, New game releases, energy drinks and so on so those connections are still there.
I've given away thousands in cash prizes, games, PCs, consoles and more. Built a large following on all main social networks and it was fun while it lasted. It was my way to give back and have fun while doing it.
It's been a little time since my last major giveaway but I thought about it long and hard and I want to transition in Crypto/Gaming and NFT giveaways. I felt Hive was a great place to start as it has one of the largest NFT crypto blockchain based games Splinterlands but I'm also a part of many other crypto games.
The idea behind all of this is to build a new loyal following that enters these giveaways to join existing games and build a list with it. From there it can be expanded into promotions for new games that are released including those on hive. I might do walk through videos, live stream the game on my Twitch channel and more. This is all geared to building a massive gaming following in the crypto space which can then be used to promote new games right here on Hive!
On paper it sounds great so starting this week I'm going to get the site and everything else setup for it and start running some giveaways! I'll most likely do an alt account for the giveaways of which I'll post about later so you know who it is.
