Then AB De Villiers and Glenn Maxwell made 73 runs big partnership. De Villiers scored 23 runs in 18 balls including 1 four and 2 sixes. Glenn Maxwell played an aggressive innings and scored 57 runs in 33 balls including 3 fours and 4 sixes. Finally RCB scored total 164 runs by 7 wickets.
Aussie all rounder Moises Henriques bowled brilliantly and picked up 3 wickets just for 12 runs in 4 overs. Pacer Mohammad Shami picked up 3 wickets for 39 runs in 4 overs.
In reply PBKS had a great start. KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal made 91 runs opening partnership. KL Rahul scored 39 runs in 35 balls including 1 four and 2 sixes. Agarwal scored 57 runs in 42 balls including 6 fours and 2 sixes. But after breaking their partnership others batsman totally failed to play a attacking innings to chase down the target.
RCB bowlers performed team work. RCB leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal picked up 3 wickets for 29 runs in 4 overs. George Garton and Shahbaz Ahmed each took one wicket. Glenn Maxwell was player of the match for his brilliant innings.
