A bit of a shocker last night if you're a Reading fan as they lost at home in a thrilling game by 2-3 to Bristol Rovers who were undoubtedly the underdogs in this game.
Reading Azeez scored again to make it two from two games and he definitely looks like a youngster to watch, as does teenager Fabio Carvalho at Fulham who both scored and got an assist in their London derby win against Thugwall. Fulham will be hoping for a swift return to the Premier League as will the other two clubs that got relegated last season and who take each other on tonight...

Sheffield United were absolutely dreadful last season and their form this season, having only got 1 point from their opening 2 games doesn't inspire confidence of seeing the form that they will need to make a glorious return. Very little close season action in the transfer-market adds to the feeling that the club have no money and a lack of ambition. I'd be furious if I were a supporter.
West Brom were also poor, especially defensively but did play some neat football and scored goals. After holding Bournemouth in the opener and then hanging on to beat play-off place hopefuls, Luton, you'd have to be optimistic of them being there or there abouts come the end of the season despite the loss of star player, Pereira to Saudia Arabian club Al Hilal. Strange move!

The Small Print
In the first goal scorer competition, own goals do not count. In the correct score competition, it's the score after 90mins. Extra time and penalties do not count and the pot for each competition will roll over if there is no winner. If more than one person chooses the same first goal scorer or correct score, the prize is shared, and everyone gets a little upvote! It seems I also need to add, one entry per person. Don't forget the new rule that only people with a rep of 50 or above are eligible to enter unless they have been approved. The bonus will be added to any winnings ONLY if Leeds United win and/or Man U lose and all pay-outs will never exceed 50% of post pay-out. Other bonuses are paid out at my discretion.
